KC Fastpitch "Team of the Week" 6/22- 6/24/2007
Congratulations go out to the 14U Taz for being named the KC Fastpitch "Team of the Week". The TAZ finished 1st at the AFA Basehor Summer Smash. They won 5 games in a row, with the final 3 games scoring 32 runs and allowing 2.... 9-0 winners in the semi-finals and 9-1 winners in the championship game. The TAZ played with their own roster and without one of their starting infielders. This team has accomplished a team goal the past 3 tourneys.. first ... playing and winning 4 straight games in the losers bracket to finish tied for 3rd, finishing 3rd two weeks ago in a 8 game tourney in Topeka and this past week, going all the way.. champions. Great Job Taz !!!
